Palliative Care Reports

Vision 3 allows you to run the following reports for your palliative care patients:

MDT Meetings Reports - To identify patients by the clinical term that triggers the Palliative Care guideline and their registration status, see Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) Meetings Reports for details.
Palliative Care Review Reports - To identify patients near to or overdue for a palliative care review, see Palliative Care Review Reports for details.
Out Of Hours (OOH) SummaryReport - To summaries the entries recorded for the OOH services. It can produce two reports, see Out of Hours (OOH) Summary Report for details.

To run the Palliative Care Reports:

From either:
- The ECS/PCS/KIS Summary Management screen, select Reports and select Palliative Care Reports, or
- From the Vision 3 front screen, select Reporting - Palliative Care Reports .
Select File and then the report required.

Note - Reports always display on the screen first, see Report Output for details.
